Nicole L. Ream

Director of Sales and Marketing Homewood Suites, Valley Forge, PA

First Hotel Job: Front Desk agent at Holiday Inn Express, Exton

Favorite Core Value: Live Authentically

Little known fact about you: I used to be EXTREMELY shy and somewhat introverted in grade/middle school. Hospitality allowed me to become more comfortable in my own skin.

Like best about your job: Learning! I have the opportunity to work along side the “best of the best” in the hotel industry and have been able to grow my skill set on a daily basis. Synergy has afforded me the opportunity to constantly push myself in an effort to become the best at my craft. I also have built some of the most amazing relationships with clients, guests, and most importantly my team who continually support me in my growth. They are more than acquaintances and colleagues…they are family!

Word that best describes you: Driven

Favorite Synergy “moment”: My favorite synergy moment by far has been my participation in the Susan G. Komen 3 day walk. Not only because of the difference we were able to make in so many women’s lives but for having had the difference made in my own life by my teammates and Stephen and Tonya. I learned so many valuable lessons throughout that experience that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. My life was truly changed in those three days.

Tonya A. Muncey

First Hotel Job: Guest Service Agent at a motel on the Las Vegas Strip Favorite Core Value: Have P.E.P. (Pride, Enthusiasm, Passion)

Little known fact about you: I ride a motorcycle

Like best about your job: The most enjoyable aspect of my job is that I have the ability to make a difference in peoples’ lives. Whether it’s a guest or a team member, I am in the unique position to help them achieve the results they desire. I truly believe that one random act of kindness everyday is the least I can do to express the appreciation and gratitude I have for all the wonderful blessings in my life. I’m fortunate to be in the position I am in and am energized by watching teams I work for succeed.

Word that best describes you: Passionate

Favorite Synergy “moment”: Again, I am very fortunate, there are so many to choose from it’s difficult to pick only one. But if I had to choose only one, I would say my favorite Synergy Moment would be when our Homewood Suites in Valley Forge received the distinguished honor of becoming Hilton’s / Homewood Suites New Hotel of the Year. The dynamic team that opened and continue to operate that asset are truly, in my opinion, industry icons. They display our Core Values in everything they do and our guests feel it everyday. Watching them receive an honor they worked so diligently for was a privilege.
