Hypnosis for a Year of Accomplishing Your Goals

MAKE 2012 THE YEAR of accomplishment! You can reach your goals—to stop smoking, drinking, weight loss, manage anxiety or pain just to name a few—by utilizing hypnosis.

Hypnosis is a powerful tool that allows you to more easily reach the goals you desire. It allows you to enter a focused state of attention in order to access your subconscious mind. By communicating with your subconscious mind about your goals, your brain will help you ignore or dispel negative thoughts or impulses, or motivate you to take positive action.
Hypnosis cannot persuade you, or anyone, to do anything you wouldn’t do otherwise. It is a scientifically proven method and a useful mental tool!

As an example, let’s say you are trying to lose weight. You’ve eaten a healthy breakfast and lunch, exercised, and are suddenly faced with a piece of delicious looking chocolate cake. It looks scrumptious. Your friend is having one. You’ve been good… so how about just one little piece? Is it really going to hurt? That reasoning of your conscious mind is getting in the way of your goal to lose weight. Hypnosis can help you counteract the self-talk that is negative and can help you stay on track to achieve your goal.
